CompressX is designed as a local utility tool. All video processing (compression, trimming, muting) is performed entirely on your device using Android's native hardware encoding (Media3). Your media files never leave your device.

Because your media files are processed locally and not transmitted over the internet by our application, the risk of data interception related to your videos is completely eliminated. CompressX is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
